How do I know if this item is in stock?
|We only list items on Actonstore.com that we have on our shelves at our store. Our inventory is constantly changing and updated so you can be assured that everything is in stock and will be shipped out quickly. Although every attempt is made to maintain inventory of each product we carry, occasionally we may run out of certain products. In this event, we will refund your order without cost to you. We do not back order, at this time.|
Are these prices the best in Boston?

Will I be notified once I have placed my order?

How soon will my order arrive?
|Typical times in transit vary from 2-4 days but can be up to 6 business days for heavy packages. That said, the time to ship depends on your proximity to our store in Acton, Massachussets. We ship orders within one business day, however we do not ship on weekends or major public holidays. Occasionally shipping may be delayed by courier holidays or bad weather. Most of our shipments travel via USPS which enables deliveries 6 days a week through USPS Priority or 1st class.|
Do you ship internationally?
|We support shipments to APO, PO Boxes, HI, and AK, and US territories. Unfortunately at this time we do not ship internationally.|
I live nearby. Can I pick up my order in person?
|Yes! Absolutely. Here is how it works: Simply place your order. Check out and your order will be processed and made ready for you to pick up in our store. You will receive an email confirmation letting you know your order is ready for you. Drop by (look here for directions) during our store hours at a time convenient for you. You will receive a $3.99 store credit, once the item has been picked up. The store credit can be used on any future order but cannot be redeemed for cash. We look forward to serving you!|
The product I was shipped is not satisfactory. May I request a return or refund?
|We recognize that sometimes a product needs to be returned and we provide a hassle-free means to return any order and provide a payment refund or replacment product. A full refund is available for any item returned unopened and in saleable condition. You may return an unopened item for any reason for up to 30 days from purchase. (Perishable items are temperature and date sensitive and cannot be returned - except for quality reasons). We aim to make returning as easy and efficient as possible. If you wish to have your order refunded, please email our customer support representative who (if the order is eligable) will give you a receipt for the returned item. We will contact you by email to confirm the details of the cash refund.|
How do I reorder?
|Reordering is quick and easy. Simply log in to your account information at Personal Account Menu, click on "View Previous Order", click on "Reorder" for the order of interest and your previous order will be duplicated in your shopping cart. You can either add or delete items from the cart. Check out using your existing shipping and billing address.
