We want to make sure that you are satisfied with our service to you, and we aim to supply only the best quality products. Your satisfaction with the delivered order is guaranteed for up to 1 month from the date of purchase.


What items can be returned?
We want you to feel confident about any item you purchase. Your order is fully insured up until it reaches your mail box. The delivered item is guaranteed to be in the condition listed and advertised. In most instances, we provide the exact expiration date for the item that you will receive.

To receive a full refund the item must be returned in "as-delivered" condition. If the initial postage was subsidized, we may make a deduction for the actual original postage cost because this is not refundable from the carrier. This applies only if we are not "at fault." If a deduction for the actual original postage cost is to be made this will be communicated in the RMA (see below). We do not charge a restocking fee.

Can I return a partially used item?

We do NOT cover the refunding of products that are opened or used. We are unable to guarantee the efficacy of any item, and some products work better on some customers than on others. (NOTE: We do not sell medicines or make any disease claims. You should not delay visiting a qualified medical practicioner if you are unwell.) In some instances when the item is found to be defective, product quality is covered by the manufacturer. We aim to support a healthy lifestyle and will try to assist you with any claim.

In the case of any adverse reaction to any product - please immediately stop using the item and report it to us.

Where do I send the returned item?

Before sending any items back - please contact us to request a RMA.


Items that are returned without a RMA may incur an additional handling fee. The RMA will detail the address and refund that will be be made available once the item is received at our warehouse. We recommend using USPS Priority to return items as this includes tracking and insurance for the package.

Who pays the return postage?
If the item is being returned due to damage or because of an error that we made - we will provide the full postage and you will not be responsible for any charge.
